How switching works

All handovers happen at the service points, controlled by our crew. Pass the chip and GPS tracker to the next runner. The team drives itself between switches.

◆

Team roles

Every team names a 1st and 2nd captain who follow up the team through the race. One athlete may run at most two stages in a row.

★

Ten-year project?

Rotate stages with your team every year, and after ten editions you'll have run the entire 100-mile course. A pretty cool way to collect Lofoten.
